Warehouse Assistant/ Manager

Job Description:
Rockworkx is a South Bay Area, California based outdoor adventure brand specializing in 4x4 and overlanding products. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Warehouse Manager or Associate. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our warehouse, handling everything from packing and shipping to customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily packing and shipping of orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage receiving and processing of incoming shipments.
- Handle customer emails regarding orders, shipping inquiries, and follow-up on returns.
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
- Coordinate inventory management and restocking.
- Ensure all returns are processed accurately and promptly.
-Track monthly inventory.
-May be involved in product reviews and testing as needed.

Requirements:
- A passion for the great outdoors, camping 4x4 or overlanding lifestyle.
- Prior experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.

Content Creation/Marketing Intern- Part time/ Full time

Job Description:
Rockworkx is a South Bay Area California based outdoor adventure brand specializing in 4x4 and overlanding products. We are looking for a passionate Content Creation/Marketing person. If you love outdoor adventures and are eager to learn or have some experience in Content Manager/Digital Marketing, then this is the perfect opportunity to join a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing our content strategy.
- Help take and edit photos/ videos of our products and adventures.
- Support the planning and management of the content calendar.
- Collaborate with the content manager and ad teams to provide materials.
- Learn to analyze content performance and contribute to strategy adjustments.

Requirements:
- A passion for the great outdoors, camping 4x4 or overlanding lifestyle.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic photography and photo editing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean driving record.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
